Because I’ve already consolidated all those little piecemeal Anki decks from TextFugu into the one big deck the way it was done before the 2.0 upgrade, whenever I add new decks using the drag-and-drop method you described above, of course I only get sub-decks for the newer stuff and not the stuff I downloaded from TextFugu before the Anki upgrade.
